Johnson's Baby Powder Falls Prey To The Greedy Gimme Gimme Fault Compensation Culture With Multi Billion Dollar Punitive Damages Claims

Generations of babies were raised using Johnson & Johnson baby powder. It's a standard in the bathroom and Johnson's baby powder has been used on babies bottoms since the iconic range was first created in 1886. But this is surely the compensation culture at it's worse. With a group of US women claiming that the talc has caused their ovarian cancer. And winning. If so then every woman today, and every female baby around the world will be facing the same future with this cancer.

Johnson & Johnson deny their product contains asbestos as these women claim, with even the US Food and Drug Administration finding their products to be safe. And it is a disgrace that the US legal system entertains such pure greed, and allows juries to award such ridiculous amounts of compensation and punitive damages nonsense.

Always has to be someone to blame and pay. Just don't eat it. According to the American Cancer Society, commercial talcum powders used in homes have been manufactured and tested to be asbestos-free since the 1970s. So lets hope Johnson & Johnson win on appeal again and puts an end to this once and for all.
