Wolfgang Puck Serves His Oscars At Tonight's Governors Ball

After 24 years of feeding Oscar winners Wolfgang Puck should get his own Oscar for Best Food. He got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last year, and tonight he'll be busy cooking up to 30 lbs of gold dust for the glamorous Oscars crowd. With 1500 hungry mouths to feed this is the end of award season, and we can all afford to breathe out tonight. The ball also features specially made Director's Cut wine by the Francis Ford Coppola Winery, flower arrangements by Mark's Garden, signature cocktails and a little unkindly; genuine film relics. Of the props kind!

Including 7000 caramel passionfruit lollipops in the shape of miniature golden Oscar statuettes. Wolfgang's favourites tonight will include 50 dishes with Wagyu beef sliders, chicken pot pie, mini pea and carrot ravioli with black truffle, tacos, smoked salmon bites, pizzas, mini burgers, asparagus soup, maybe a baked potato with caviar, a caviar bar, cocktail-inspired macarons and many sweet dishes. And 1,400 bottles of Piper Heidsieck Cuvee Brut Champagne.

It will be the most glamorous and best dressed party you'll see all year.
