How To Get A Stella Maxwell Victoria's Secret Body

We're on the home straight before the Angels hit the Shanghai runway for the Victoria's Secret 2017 show. In bras and pants and really really big wings. They look like they enjoyed last year's show.


Maybe because they can have a pizza later?

Prior to the big reveal Stella Maxwell has said she is eating in moderation: "I don't think it's good to cut anything out 100% or go on some crazy diet."


Her diet consists of clean foods, like eggs, avocado, salmon and chicken. "For breakfast, I like scrambled eggs, avocado, oatmeal—I really love oatmeal—or granola and yogurt. Lunch would be a piece of fish like salmon and then maybe some salad on the side—today we had chicken and salad. And then dinner, probably the same thing—a protein and a green. For snacks, I like nuts and those dried peas. They're really addictive."

So that's easily achievable. Porridge or eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast, fish and spinach for lunch and maybe steak or chicken with green beans for dinner. Just have to ditch the chocolate, cake and crisp snacks. We can do that.


She also works out an hour a day upto 4-5 days a week. But we already do that. To make up for the chocolate, crisps and cake treats.
