Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne

Southern Europe may not be sharing the warm weather around very much at the moment, but just because the UK is under a cloud it doesn't mean we have to put the champagne on ice. Because Ice Imperial from Moet & Chandon has been created for this very moment.

Blended with Pinot Noir (40-50%), Pinot Meunier (30-40%) and Chardonnay grapes (10-20%), the champagne is deep gold with amber highlights.

To add a hint of summer Moet have added mango, guave, nectarine and raspberries for a fresh fruit salad flavour. Then the sweetness of caramel and quince jelly mixes with the acidity of grapefruit and ginger for a zingy taste. Just add ice.

Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne. £59.99 at Selfridges.

If I make a break for the sun I wonder if the trunk can count as my carry on.....
