Napercise By David Lloyd Clubs

The weekends here and it's another three days off to enjoy. Or maybe catch up on some sleep? Because you may have read that David Lloyd Clubs have introduced a new trial class to the timetable. The Napercise. If successful it will roll the beds out across the group.

The spin bikes and weights are removed and replaced by the beds. And you'll spend 15 minutes stretching the body. And then 45 minutes of sleep.

So that's it. A few stretches and a lie dow. Even the most committed couch potatoes can manage this one. But we'll call it for our mental health rather than our fitness, as sleep is as vital to us as eating.
